Qualifications

  • Current and active LPN license in the state of employment.

  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients, respecting dignity and comfort.

  • Develop relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team to foster a supportive environment.
  • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality resident care.
  • Maintain infection control, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure complete and accurate medical records and electronic documentation.
  • Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Respond swiftly to resident emergencies and changes in condition.
  • Promote dignity, respect, and enhanced quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients, respecting their dignity and promoting comfort.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols and physician instructions.
  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs, condition changes, and responses to treatments to ensure timely and effective care.
