Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an attentive LPN to provide in-home nursing care within our healthcare and medical services team. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and help patients manage chronic conditions in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications
