Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered nursing care for independent and assisted living residents in a luxury, hospitality-focused setting in Bad Axe, Michigan.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor residents’ health status while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity. Collaborate with RNs, physicians and caregiving teams to support coordinated care, document observations per care plans and regulatory
