Job description

Role Summary

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living community, including performing health assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and delivering required treatments. Collaborate closely with residents, families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.

Support and guide nursing assistants and resident care associates while upholding regulatory requirements and strict infection-control practices.
