WakeMed is seeking an LPN to deliver direct nursing care, assist with physician support, and coordinate patient care across multiple outpatient settings. You will collect patient data, document accurately, and support clinical procedures in a fast-paced Healthplex environment.
The role requires an LPN license and a Graduate Practical Nursing credential, with preferred experience of 1 year in a related area. Travel between WakeMed locations is expected.
