Green Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Green, Ohio is hiring LPNs to provide quality nursing care in a 69-bed skilled nursing facility rated 5 stars by CMS. We welcome experienced and newly licensed professionals, offering competitive wages and flexible hours in a family‑oriented environment.

Position involves 12‑hour shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options; night differential of $2.00; and attendance bonuses. LPN license in Ohio and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• LPN license with Ohio License.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Competency in information technology.
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
