Saber Healthcare Group in Galax, Virginia is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents' needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice per the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.


• Must possess a current CPR certification.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Wage: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
