Job summary

Kimbel Mechanical Systems, LLC seeks a Licensed Plumbing Foreman to lead installation teams on multiple projects in Bozeman, MT. You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, ensure quality, and coordinate with the Project Superintendent to forecast manpower and materials.

This safety-sensitive role requires a Montana Journeyman's Plumbing License, 4+ years of install experience, and strong communication. Expect a 50-hour work week with potential Saturdays and competitive pay with full benefits.

Licensed Plumbing Foreman

Plumbing Foreman Summary:

The Plumbing Foreman performs as the lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously. The Foreman is capable of leading and empowering individual plumbers and apprentices on their respective teams while communicating directly with the Project Superintendent. The Plumbing Foreman must oversee quality within their plumbing projects and assist in forecasting manpower and materials on the job site.

Plumbing Foreman Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Plumbing installation experience
  • Ability to perform in a leadership role
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must possess a valid Montana Journeyman's Plumbing License
  • Ability to work M-F and potentially Saturday if required
  • Typical work week is 50 hrs +/-

Plumbing Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform as lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team

Core Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independently
  • Mobility and Agility: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periods
  • Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precision
  • Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–12 hour shift, often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environments

Licensed Plumber Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay Up to $46-50/hr DOE
