Job summary

24 Hour is seeking a self-motivated plumber to join our residential services team in Wisconsin. You will handle repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance with emphasis on customer service and quality workmanship.

This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5K, annual pay between $80,000 and $135,000 with uncapped commissions, and robust benefits including full medical/dental/vision, retirement matching, PTO, holidays and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing work including water heater and sewer repair.
• Drain cleaning and service repairs in residential settings.
• Respond to residential plumbing emergencies and perform repairs as needed.

24 Hour is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated residential services team.

Sign-On Bonus Structure:

• Up to $5K bonus for new licensed plumbers. Eligible for bonus at 90 days. $500/week after 90 days

Pay:$80,000-$135,000 per year with uncapped commission potential

What YOU will do as a Plumber:

• Water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement.
• Residential drain cleaning and service repair.
• Respond to residential plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and make repairs as needed.
• Performing residential preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in residential settings
