Cody & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an Experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems while upholding our core values of compassion, reliability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas license (Journeyman or Master) with 3+ years of experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to mentor apprentices

Qualifications

• Texas Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and piping.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing education and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and uphold standards.
• Ensure work complies with local codes, safety standards and company policies.
• Mentor and support apprentices to help them grow in their plumbing careers.

Position Overview

We're seeking an Experienced Licensed Plumber who is passionate about delivering top-notch service while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and team members. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will handle various tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
