Better Call Steve Plumbing is hiring a skilled licensed plumber to join our growing team servicing Broward and South Palm Beach County. You will handle everything from routine repairs to complex repiping and water heater installations, while representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber with Florida license and current certification.
• Minimum 3 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, sewer lines, and fixture malfunctions.
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Perform whole-home repiping and pipe repair projects.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and leak detection.
• Provide honest assessments and transparent pricing to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly.
• Respond to emergency calls as part of our 24/7 service commitment.

You'll serve residential and commercial customers across Broward and South Palm Beach County, handling everything from routine repairs to complex repiping and water heater installations. What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces

Nice to Have

• Experience with leak detection equipment (acoustic, thermal imaging)
• Backflow prevention certification
• Experience with service dispatch software
