Innsaei Child & Family Therapy is seeking a child‑focused therapist with play therapy experience to join our trauma‑informed, holistic practice in Orem, Utah. This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to work deeply with children and families and want to grow within a collaborative, heart‑centered clinical environment.
We are especially looking for therapists who already have training or meaningful experience in play therapy and are excited to continue developing that specialty.
Innsaei prioritizes developing clinicians into long‑term leaders. As our practice grows, therapists who demonstrate strong clinical skill, reliability, and alignment with our values may be considered for future Clinical Supervisor roles. We strongly value promoting from within and supporting therapists who are interested in developing into leadership over time.
We actively support play therapists and provide supervision and mentorship in child‑centered work.
