Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited program. Foreign-trained programs must be equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an approved credentialing org.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan/treatment as prescribed by the evaluating therapist and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and communication per policy.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientation, in-services, and trainings timely.
