Sweetwater Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house team within a skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy setting. The PTA will contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and support our rehabilitation efforts for seniors.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under a licensed PT, documenting progress, and participating in care planning meetings. Applicants must have active state PTA licensure or certification.
