PeteHealth in California is seeking licensed physical therapists who already teach yoga or Pilates to offer clinical care in the studios where they work.

Provide PT for diagnosed conditions, drawing on your yoga/Pilates expertise. Treat clients in the studio or at their homes and document care. We handle insurance verification, intake, and billing so you can focus on treatment and grow your practice within your studio community.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted California PT license.
• Currently working as a yoga or Pilates instructor in a California studio.
• Yoga/Pilates certification (e.g., RYT-200, Balanced Body, STOTT).
• Relationship with your studio or ability to approach owner about partnering with PeteHealth.

PeteHealth helps bring physical therapy to your Pilates or yoga studio. We're looking for California-licensed PTs who already teach yoga or Pilates and want to offer clinical care in the studios where they work.

The idea in one line:Insurance doesn't pay for fitness, but it does pay for physical therapy. Clients pay out of pocket for yoga and Pilates as fitness. When a client has a diagnosed condition and a prescription, the PT you provide can be billed to their commercial health plan.

What you'll do

• Provide physical therapy to clients with diagnosed conditions who are seeking treatment for pain or injury
• Draw on your yoga and Pilates expertise to guide clinically appropriate care
• Treat clients in the studio or in their homes
• Work with the studio owner to introduce PeteHealth to their community
• Document care according to clinical and billing standards

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted physical therapist license in California
• Currently working as a yoga and/or Pilates instructor at a studio in California
• Yoga and/or Pilates certification [specify, e.g., RYT-200, Balanced Body, STOTT]
• A relationship with your studio (or the ability to approach the owner about partnering with PeteHealth)

Nice to have

• Experience with orthopedic, post-surgical, or chronic pain populations
• Comfort with insurance-based documentation
• Reformer or apparatus experience
