Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California PT license or eligibility to licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical trainings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Attend or participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and payors.
