Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join the EmpowerMe 360 team serving seniors in Illinois. You’ll provide therapy services (PT, OT, or SLP) and contribute to care plans that promote independence and safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration, care coordination, and delivering evidence-based interventions with flexible, predictable schedules and a supportive culture.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
