Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Leesburg, GA is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering integrated therapy, wellness, and medical care to senior residents.

You will assess, design personalized plans, collaborate with a care team, and help residents gain independence and safety in daily living. You’ll participate in care coordination, telehealth support, and community engagement, with a flexible schedule and supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.

• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
