Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness invites therapists to join a senior-focused care team delivering integrated therapy within EmpowerMe 360 across resident communities. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized plans to promote independence and safety.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support care coordination, and uphold the organization’s standards while helping residents live healthier, more active lives in their communities.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
