Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapists to deliver therapy and wellness services to older adults within senior living communities, joining EmpowerMe 360 as part of a seamless, integrated care model.

You will assess, design personalized care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions in a collaborative setting with other healthcare professionals, while supporting residents to live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
