Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Fort Madison, IA, is seeking a licensed therapy professional to join our EmpowerMe 360 program. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy to older adults, helping them stay independent and safe at home.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and work with a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based interventions, while coordinating with caregivers and offering telehealth support as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) in good standing.
• Experience with senior care is a plus and valued.
• Collaborative team player with strong community presence.
