Job summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to practice at Putnam General Hospital in Eatonton, GA.

The PT hired will join a highly qualified team to work in a swing bed rehabilitation program, providing a strong continuum of care for patients both outpatient and inpatient.

Schedule is 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday. New graduates are welcome; requires Doctor of Physical Therapy and eligibility for Georgia licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• New graduate PTs will be considered.
• Work as a team player in collaboration with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services in swing bed program at Putnam General Hospital.
• Collaborate with a highly qualified team to ensure continuum of care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
