Job summary

INTERFACE REHAB INC. is actively seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our California team. We offer both full-time and flexible per-diem options, with opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

Successful candidates will hold a California PT license (or be eligible) and provide high-quality therapy, contribute to evaluation and treatment planning, and work closely with physicians and families to support recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in California.
• Experience providing PT care across settings is preferred.
• Ability to document patient progress accurately in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
