You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes documentation, orders, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• APTA-accredited PT program (BS/MS/DPT) required.
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
