Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Jefferson, TX. This full-time position offers a supportive rehab team, modern equipment, and mentorship.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, help develop treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and nursing staff. New grads welcome and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current TX license or eligibility to obtain.
