Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Huron, SD. This full-time position welcomes new grads and offers a supportive rehab team, modern equipment, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services, contribute to treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and help patients regain independence in a collaborative setting.
