Job summary

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person positions across California in SNFs, ALFs, retirement communities, hospitals, and clinics. Openings include Carmichael, Fremont, Fresno, Hayward, Merced, Novato, San Jose, Sonora, Walnut Creek, and more.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active California PTA license or eligibility. Full-time, in-person work available in listed markets with benefits and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active California PTA license or eligibility/pending licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed California markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff.
• Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PTA positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Current PTA openings available in: Carmichael, Fremont, Fresno, Hayward, Merced, Novato, San Jose, Sonora, Walnut Creek, and additional California markets.
