Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists; provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Treatment and Education: Monitor and document patient progress; educate patients and families on protocols, exercises and self-care techniques.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress and responses per facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work with Physical Therapists and other professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

HealthPro Heritage has a great part-time Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN.

Setting: Beautiful Senior Living and Assisted Living Facilitiy located in Fort Wayne

Compensation for part-time: $30-$35 per hour

Hours: Approximately 18 hours per week

Schedule: 6 Hours X 3 days per week

Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
