EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy to older adults within the EmpowerMe 360 program at our partner communities. You will assess residents, develop personalized care plans, and apply evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
