Job Title

Position: Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA – Outpatient

Location: Little Falls, MN

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings (Full-time, Part-time, PRN options)

Pay Range: State range $26 to $35 per hour

As a Physical Therapy Assistant in our Outpatient setting, you will treat residents Monday to Friday in an on‑site outpatient clinic or in the resident’s room, ensuring convenient and consistent care without traveling to homes outside the building.

Responsibilities

Treat residents in their room or in an on‑site outpatient clinic; coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams; assist patients with rehab exercises and mobility training; maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
