Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
• Texas PTA license must be current and active.
• Provide patient care per the written treatment plan and supervise non-skilled staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with policy and payer guidelines.
• Flexibility to work across hospital-based programs, outpatient clinics, home health, and contract services.
