How You Will Make an Impact

• Implement selected patient interventions, collect data, and modify treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist to ensure safety and progress.
• Provide quality physical therapy services following the established treatment plan.
• Accurately document treatment activities in a timely manner.
• Communicate patient progress, treatment changes, and follow-up needs to team members.
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment, safety, and goals within your scope.
• Participate in reassessments and discharge planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
