Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our award-winning team for home health visits. You will provide one-on-one PT services in patients' homes across Riviera Beach, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach, FL, following physician orders under PTA supervision.

The role offers PRN/per diem hours with a focus on patient independence and quality of life, in a supportive, collaborative environment that values input and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/ certification in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under PTA supervision.
• Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with PT and care team to ensure patient satisfaction.
