Job summary

Columbia Rehab Clinic seeks a licensed Physical Therapist with a specialty in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation to join our outpatient team in the Midlands region. You will evaluate and treat patients experiencing pelvic health dysfunctions, delivering individualized therapy to restore independence and quality of life.

You will work one-on-one with patients, apply manual therapy techniques, educate on home programs, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with pelvic floor rehabilitation experience.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and design treatment plans.
• Experience educating patients and families on home exercise and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and design treatment plans for pelvic floor dysfunctions.
• Deliver one-on-one therapeutic interventions and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and families on anatomy, home exercise programs, and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and referring physicians.
• Maintain compliant electronic medical documentation and progress reports.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist with a specialized focus in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients dealing with various pelvic health dysfunctions, utilizing our established Pelvic Floor Rehab Program to help patients achieve their maximum level of independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, individualized physical therapy evaluations and design customized treatment plans for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum complications, and related conditions.
• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapeutic interventions and hands-on manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families regarding anatomy, home exercise programs, and long-term self-management strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, assistants, and referring physicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical documentation and progress reports.
