Job summary

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment. This full-time, individual contributor role focuses on improving residents' strength, mobility, and quality of life through personalized rehab plans.

Applicants must hold an active Colorado PT license and a degree from an accredited PT program (Associate's degree accepted). New grads welcome; 1+ year preferred.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively

• Hourly pay: $45–$48 DOE, paid biweekly
