Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA provides patient care and supports the plan of care in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Minimum requirement includes active Florida PTA license and an AS degree. EMR experience is preferred, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) credential is often preferred. A background screening is required for all caregivers.
