Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Manistee, MI is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. You will assist pharmacists with patient care activities, prepare and distribute medications, and help maintain medication inventory.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. Required is a Michigan Pharmacy Technician license (temporary acceptable with 180 days to full licensure) and 1 year of pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license or temporary license with full licensure within 180 days of hire.
PTCB certification preferred and required within 90 days of hire.
High school diploma or GED required; chemistry/biology coursework preferred.
1 year of pharmacy experience and general clerical skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in patient care activities, including preparing and distributing medications.
Maintain medication inventory and assist with ordering and stocking.
Support clinical documentation related to medication therapies.
Participate in providing safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
