Responsibilities

Check/verify prescriptions and provide excellent customer service; interact with physicians and manage pharmacy staff.
Execute store processes and support pharmacy operations to meet business objectives.
Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory, and records.
Satisfy all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
Ensure processes are efficient at each workstation via QA steps.
Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring Pharmacy staff and partnering with management on store programs.
