Job summary

Natran Green Pest Control is seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers in the Austin area. This full-time role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer relationships, with advancement opportunities based on performance and business needs.

The position offers an hourly wage of $19–$22, plus referral bonuses and incentives. Expect local travel, a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays, and comprehensive benefits including

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily service route and deliver customer service and pest control services in accordance with company standards, state regulations, and product label requirements.
• Follow all Natran service standards, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Apply products strictly according to label directions and company guidelines.
• Create and interpret property diagrams and service records.
• Use FieldRoutes mobile applications to manage route activity.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a professional manner.
• Remain on-call for same-day service appointments until 3:00 PM as scheduled.
• Complete termite documentation and required forms prior to initial services.
• Communicate daily with the team and assist with route coverage as needed.
