Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our field team serving the Central Seattle area. This full-time role reports to our Everett, WA office once per week and involves driving a company-provided vehicle to local routes.

You will apply pest solutions, maintain equipment, record treatments, and comply with state and federal regulations. Overtime is possible; benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• A US driver's license is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
• Must hold a current pest control license.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per state/federal laws.
• Serve as subject matter expert by delivering the most effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and inform management of issues on routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use.
• You will be assigned a local route and carry a ~50 lb backpack.
• Schedule includes every other Saturday.

Service Professional We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Central Seattle, WA. This position will report to our office in Everett, WA once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

$22.25 - $24.25 an hour

Responsibilities include:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues

• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday
