Aptive Environmental in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to run daily local routes, resolve customer concerns, and keep trucks and equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities include applying pesticides per laws, maintaining records, and following safety protocols. We offer a company vehicle, bonuses, paid training, health/dental/vision, life and pet insurance, a 401K match, holidays and PTO, with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Current pesticide applicator license or certification for general pest control in the state where you work.
• Valid US driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily local routes to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Apply and mix pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by providing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of issues.
• Carry a 50 lb backpack and work schedule includes every other Saturday.

This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Oklahoma City, OK. This position will report to our office in Oklahoma City, OK once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

• $16.00 - $18.00 an hour

Responsibilities include:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current pesticide applicator license or certification for general pest control in the state where you will work.
• A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
