Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to operate on a road-based route around Novato, CA, reporting to the Concord, CA office weekly. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a range of bonuses and company-provided tools.

You will run daily routes, service customers, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining equipment, records, and inventory. This position includes the potential for overtime and advancement within Aptive’s growing team.

Qualifications

• A US driver’s license in good standing for minimum 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required on all new hires.
• Must hold a current pest control license.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers to implement effective pest solutions.

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Novato, CA . This position will report to our office in Concord, CA once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

$24.50 - $27.50 an hour

Responsibilities

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday
