ALLCHOICE Insurance in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a licensed Personal Lines Risk Advisor for our in-office Hendersonville location.

This is a production-driven sales role with agency-provided lead flow, an uncapped escalating bonus structure, and uncapped life insurance commission on top of a $35,000 base salary.

Responsibilities include needs-based conversations, advising on auto, home, umbrella, flood, and life insurance, and building a referral network.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License.
• Active North Carolina Life Insurance License.
• In-office role based in Hendersonville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospects and clients.
• Advise clients on personal insurance solutions including auto, home, umbrella, flood, and life insurance.
• Work agency-provided leads while proactively building your own referral network.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and follow up through the sales process.
