Wolfe House & Building Movers, LLC. seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to join our engineering team.

The role focuses on engineering support for specialized transport, lifting, and rigging operations or the design of specialized moving equipment. You will develop plans, perform analyses, and collaborate with operations and fabrication teams to deliver practical, code-compliant solutions for heavy lifting and transport projects.

Qualifications

PE license required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience in relevant disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop engineered lifting, rigging, transport, or traffic control plans for specialized heavy transport and structural moving projects.
Perform structural, mechanical, or load analysis to verify safety, stability, and performance.
Collaborate with operations, project managers, fabricators, and field personnel to develop practical engineering solutions.
Ensure designs and engineering work comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Design, analyze, and refine specialized equipment and engineered systems used in heavy lifting and transport applications.
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Support continuous improvement through innovative engineering and problem-solving.
