Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license is required.
• Ability to obtain Life and Health license within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across all interactions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options and recommend suitable policies.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily professional excellence.
• Provide timely and thorough reports on activities to the agent.
• Stay up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
