Centerstone seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide services across the lifespan in a brand-new outpatient setting in Tennessee. You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to children, adolescents, and adults while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes strong clinical documentation, ethical practice, and opportunities to lead specialty therapy groups.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning and documentation skills

Required

• Master's degree in: Social Work
• Mental Health Counseling
• Marriage and Family Therapy
• Clinical Psychology
• Related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee licensure as: LCSW
• LPC-MHSP
• LMFT
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience providing therapy across the lifespan
• Experience facilitating or developing therapy groups
• Interest in specialty populations or treatment modalities
• Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
