Job summary

Responsibilities
- Inform clients of limits to confidentiality and payment expectations
- Perform diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
- Complete Individual Treatment Plans in collaboration with clients
- Coordinate interventions with treatment team
- Provide emergency consultation and crisis intervention
