Qualifications

  • Active state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Eligibility to panel with major insurance providers.
  • Clean professional and legal standing.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to an outpatient caseload.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Deliver services in-person and via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation per insurance standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and clinical leaders on client care.
  • Monitor risk, complete safety planning, and follow crisis protocols.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy in both in-person and virtual formats. You’ll document care in our EHR, collaborate with clinical leaders and psychiatry, and practice with strong ethical and cultural humility standards.   • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload
