Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Cincinnati on a full-time basis. You will provide individual and group therapy for adults addressing mental health and substance use, and you will conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.

The role requires a license in Ohio (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC) and a Master’s degree. The position offers a stable Mon-Fri schedule from 8:30am to 5pm with a comprehensive benefits package and a salary of $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
• 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients for mental health and substance use conditions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments).
