Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a fully licensed outpatient therapist in Tennessee to join our Memphis-area clinics. You will evaluate diagnoses, build and monitor treatment plans, and document care per policy while collaborating with a dynamic team to expand access to quality mental health services. A creative, client-centered approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Must have LCSW licensure in Tennessee.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation promptly.
• Experience with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant a plus.
• Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to expand access to care.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, work/medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a supportive and effective clinical environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates MUST have LCSW clinical licensure in state of Tennessee
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
